Yes, we can provide two services.

Recruitment - the procedure will take 4-6 months, depending on the destination country.

Posting - the workers arrive from Portugal up to 7 business days after signing the contract.

When it comes to recruitment, work permits are the clients’ responsibility (except for Romania, Slovenia, Italy, Hungary, and Portugal). Visas are our responsibility. 

If you are in need of temporary personnel and choose our posting services, we handle all the documents related to work permits and visas

It depends on the country, but usually it takes between 4-6 months to complete the procedure.

Posting or Temporary staffing is a way for companies to quickly obtain additional personnel on a short-term basis. It involves a triangular relationship between: 

A: The worker

B: The temporary staffing agency

C: The client/user firm

The worker is employed by the temporary staffing agency, which acts as the employer of record. The agency is responsible for all employment-related cost, including salaries, and has disciplinary power over the worker. The worker is then posted to the client/user firm, where they perform work. 

In return for providing the worker, the client/user firm pays the temporary staffing agency for its services.
