We manage international posting and recruitment for skilled and unskilled employees across the EU. Our services include document preparation, migration coordination, tax compliance, and full operational support from start to finish.
2. What is the difference between posting and recruitment?
Posting (A1 assignments): Your employee remains on your companyâs payroll but temporarily works in another EU country under an A1 certificate.
Recruitment: We help you hire employees directly in the destination country, handling all visa and administrative procedures.
3. Which countries do you operate in?
We offer international posting and recruitment services across all countries in Europe. Our solutions are highly specialized, based on a continuous analysis by our internal Litigation Department. This team monitors and interprets the latest immigration and employment laws in every destination, ensuring that we provide fully legally compliant (Legal Compliance) solutions wherever your business needs them.
4. How long does the process take?
Posting: Around 2â4 months
Recruitment: Around 4â8 months
Timelines depend on the country, the profession, and the work-permit category.
5. Where are the documents submitted?
Recruitment: Documents are submitted in the destination country where the employee will work.
Posting: Managed from Lithuania â document submission location is handled internally and does not involve the employee.
6. What costs are included?
In both posting and recruitment, the service fee covers the entire process and all applicable taxes. Any travel or accommodation costs are arranged according to the specific project agreement.
7. What happens if there are delays or rejections?
We stay in close contact with migration authorities, keeping you informed at every stage. If a case is delayed or refused, we analyze the reason and assist in re-submission when applicable.
8. How is employee insurance managed?
Recruitment:Â The employing company covers insurance under the employeeâs work contract.
Posting:Â The employee is insured under the A1 certificate issued through the sending company.
9. Do you provide support after relocation?
Yes. We assist with contract extensions, renewals, translations, and any required updates related to work or residence permits.

We help you work legally in EU countries by preparing your documents, scheduling appointments, and guiding you through every step â from visa and TRP to your work contract.
2. What is the difference between recruitment and posting?
Recruitment: You are hired directly by a company in the destination country.
Posting: You work abroad temporarily under your current employer with an A1 certificate.
3. Which countries can I work in?

Thanks to our partnership with our internal Litigation Department, we ensure that every process fully complies with the immigration and employment laws of the relevant country, providing you with confidence and peace of mind.

If you are applying for recruitment, your documents are submitted in the country where you will work. If you are sent through posting, the process is handled from Lithuania.

7. Am I insured while working abroad?
 Yes.
In recruitment, your employer in the destination country provides insurance under your work contract.
In posting, you are insured through your A1 certificate from your home company.
8. Will I get help after I move?
Absolutely. We help with contract renewals, permit extensions, and translation of any required documents.
